How long does personalization take?
Every piece is made to order just for you. Personalization takes 3–5 working days, then your order ships with tracking so you can follow it to your door.
Is shipping free?
Yes, shipping is free on every order over $75. All orders ship with tracking.
Can I return a personalized item?
Because each piece is stitched with your little one's name, personalized items are made just for you. If something isn't right, contact us and we'll work with you to make it right.
Will you check the spelling of the name?
We stitch the name exactly as you type it, so please double-check the spelling before you order. Spotted a mistake? Contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to fix it before stitching starts.
How do I care for embroidered pieces?
Wash inside out on a gentle, cold cycle and lay flat to dry. Avoid ironing directly over the embroidery so the stitching stays soft and bright.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
We don't offer gift wrapping right now, but every piece arrives carefully packed and ready to give.
